There are few data accompanying the video, just the year (1974) and location (De Lantaren in Rotterdam, Holland). setlist.fm has an entry that provides a specific day (16 January), but I don't know if this is accurate. It does seem to fit with Colin's comment about "an album [Journey] that's gonna be released very shortly," though. According to Russo's Collector's Guide, Journey was released in "UK & Foreign" on 23 February 1974.
